Operative words
all members of the public, except for minors, must wear a Face Covering [outside] their home or other place of residence in the following [situations]: a. [When] any person is inside, or in line to [enter] any [retail or commercial business or] any [facility] open to the general public, including county and municipal buildings...; b. [When] any person is obtaining services at, or visiting healthcare operations...; c. When any person is waiting for or riding on public transportation or paratransit... 3. All retail and commercial businesses and facilities open to the general public... must post [signage] stating that Face Coverings are required... 4. All employees, [owners] and volunteers of retail and commercial [businesses]... shall wear Face [Coverings] at their business... when interacting with the public, or working in a space visited by members of the public
Enforcement
IT IS [FURTHER ORDERED] that any person that violates this Order may be subject to [criminal] prosecution under Wyoming [Statutes] 35-1-105 and 35-1-106
Notes
Recital: 'Alexia Harrist, MD, Ph.D., the Wyoming State Health Officer has reviewed and does hereby authorize the issuance of this Order by Dr. Stanley Hartman.' Exemptions: personal office, minors, seated diners, congregate care, medical conditions (no documentation required), hearing impaired, workplace-safety risk, face services, identification, gym exercise. Cheyenne is the State capital and the I-25/I-80 hub; the order recites F.E. Warren Air Force Base and Cheyenne Regional Medical Center capacity.
