Operative words
[rescinding the Public Health Order Requiring Facial Coverings for Schools and] Child Care Settings issued on August 18, 2021 and replacing that Order with this Order, requiring facial [coverings for all individuals aged 2 years and older in schools and child care settings]... This Order shall take effect on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at 12:01 AM and shall remain in effect until December 31, 2021, at 11:59 PM unless extended, rescinded or amended in writing by the Executive [Director]
