Operative words
1. That Executive Order No. 2020-0002, dated March 11, 2020, is hereby amended... I further order and restrict all nonessential travel for County business. All nonessential out-of-state and/or international travel to conduct County business... must be [approved]... 2. Any Cuyahoga County employee who has traveled out of the Country shall [follow the] CDC's guidelines relating to such travel. If necessary, the employee shall be compensated in [accordance with County policy]... 3. This Executive Order shall go into immediate effect upon my signature and shall continue in force until it is rescinded.
