Operative words
WHEREAS, while Governor DeWine has rescinded his Executive Order 2020-[01D]... [businesses and other entities] may continue to require mitigation measures (e.g., masks and social distancing)... 1. In order to reduce the spread of COVID-19, all visitors entering any County buildings under the exclusive jurisdiction of the County Executive shall be temperature screened... 2.... all visitors to any County buildings under the exclusive jurisdiction of the County Executive must wear a face covering and maintain a distance of six feet or more... a face covering will be provided to any visitor who does not have one. A face shield must be worn when a face covering is not advisable for health reasons... 3. Subject to the below, any County employee... [who presents proof of vaccination is] not required to comply with the above masking requirements... [employees without proof of] vaccination must wear a mask and will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19... 5. This Executive Order shall go into immediate effect upon my signature and shall continue in force until rescinded.
