Operative words
WHEREAS, while Governor DeWine has rescinded the majority of public health orders effective June 2, 2021, businesses and other entities may continue to require mitigation measures (e.g., masks and social distancing)... 1.... all visitors entering any County buildings under the exclusive jurisdiction of the County Executive shall be temperature screened for COVID-19... 2.... all visitors... must wear a face covering and maintain a distance of six feet or more from individuals who are not members of their family or household when within said County Buildings... a face covering will be provided to any visitor who does not have one. 3. Subject to the below, any County employee... and any contractor who has been issued a County ID by the County Sheriff who presents proof of vaccination to a representative of the County Human Resources Department is [not required to comply with the above masking requirements]
