Operative words
1. In order to reduce the spread of COVID-19, all visitors and County employees [entering any County building under the jurisdiction of the County Executive, with the exception] of the Justice Center, shall be screened for COVID-19 in accordance with guidance provided by [the Cuyahoga Board of Health]... that individual shall be denied entry to such building unless and until the individual provides evidence of a COVID-19 negative test dated after said screening. 2.... all visitors to any County building under the jurisdiction of the County Executive, with the exception of the Justice Center, must wear a face covering and [maintain Required Social Distancing]... 6. This Executive Order shall go into immediate effect upon my signature and shall continue in force until rescinded or Executive Order No. EO2020-0002, dated March 11, 2020, Declaration of a State of Emergency for Cuyahoga County, is rescinded.
